Sundy Law Firm Appointed as a Founding Member of Jianye District’s Foreign-related Legal Services Group

2025年2月8日，由南京市建鄴區(qū)司法局與商務(wù)局共同主辦的“揚(yáng)帆遠(yuǎn)航：企業(yè)出海法律護(hù)航”研討會(huì)順利召開(kāi)。會(huì)上，江蘇圣典律師事務(wù)所被正式聘為建鄴區(qū)“涉外法律服務(wù)團(tuán)”首批成員，聘期兩年。這一榮譽(yù)彰顯了江蘇圣典律師事務(wù)所在涉外法律服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)實(shí)力與行業(yè)認(rèn)可。

On February 8, 2025, the seminar “Setting Sail: Legal Support for Businesses Going Global,” organized by the Jianye District Bureau of Justice and Bureau of Commerce, was successfully held. At the event, Sundy Law Firm was officially appointed as one of the founding members of Jianye District’s Foreign-related Legal Services Group for a term of two years. This appointment highlights Sundy Law Firm’s professional strength and recognition in the field of foreign-related legal services.

此次活動(dòng)在南京市建鄴區(qū)江東中路的南京跨境貿(mào)易綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái)舉行，吸引了政府部門(mén)、律師事務(wù)所及企業(yè)代表廣泛參與。建鄴區(qū)“涉外法律服務(wù)團(tuán)”的成立，旨在更好地為區(qū)域內(nèi)涉外企業(yè)提供法律支持，推動(dòng)優(yōu)化涉外法治環(huán)境。

The event took place at the Nanjing Cross-border Trade Comprehensive Service Platform on Jiangdong Middle Road, Jianye District, and attracted broad participation from government officials, law firms, and business representatives. The establishment of the Foreign-related Legal Services Group aims to provide better legal support for foreign-related enterprises in the region and promote the optimization of the foreign legal environment.

在授牌和聘書(shū)頒發(fā)儀式上，江蘇圣典律師事務(wù)所與多家知名法律服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)一同入選，成為首批服務(wù)團(tuán)成員。南京市司法局、建鄴區(qū)商務(wù)局等多位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)見(jiàn)證了這一重要時(shí)刻。權(quán)穎智律師代表江蘇圣典律師事務(wù)所出席了授聘儀式，并與其他法律服務(wù)團(tuán)成員及參會(huì)嘉賓就國(guó)際商事領(lǐng)域的法律支持展開(kāi)交流。

During the awarding and appointment ceremony, Sundy Law Firm, along with several well-known legal service institutions, was recognized as a founding member of the group. Key officials from the Nanjing Bureau of Justice and Jianye District Bureau of Commerce witnessed the momentous occasion. Representing Sundy Law Firm, the team led by Attorney Quan Yingzhi attended the ceremony and engaged in discussions with other group members and participants on providing legal support in international commercial matters.

根據(jù)建鄴區(qū)司法局和商務(wù)局的安排，“涉外法律服務(wù)團(tuán)”成員將在未來(lái)兩年中，為企業(yè)出海、跨境投融資、國(guó)際貿(mào)易等活動(dòng)提供精準(zhǔn)高效的法律服務(wù)，確保區(qū)域企業(yè)在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)中合法合規(guī)，降低潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

According to the plans set by the Jianye District Bureau of Justice and Bureau of Commerce, the group members will, over the next two years, offer precise and efficient legal services for enterprises involved in overseas operations, cross-border investments, and international trade. The goal is to ensure that local businesses operate legally and compliantly in global markets while minimizing potential risks.
